1. Agreement to Terms and Conditions

If your Account is restricted or closed due to non-compliance with this Agreement, you will be notified in writing via email and may also be contacted by our support team.

10. Breach of Terms

We reserve the right to terminate any activity on our Platform that we believe constitutes a breach of these terms. We are under no obligation to notify You of any such action prior to or after termination.

Upon termination, your Account will immediately be frozen and all open bets cancelled with immediate effect. Any balance in Your Account at the time of termination may become forfeit if you have committed breaches of this Agreement.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Platform contains copyrighted material owned by us (including software source code). You agree not to use, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from such materials without our prior written consent.

All logos and trademarks used on the Platform are proprietary marks of their respective owners.

12. Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold Us harmless against any claims arising out of (a) your breach of these terms; or (b) any damage caused to others through your use of our Platform.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws.

By accessing or using our Platform, you consent to jurisdiction in that state/country for all disputes arising out of this Agreement.

14. Entire Agreement

This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between You and Us regarding your use of the Platform. We may update these Terms from time-to-time without prior notice.
